Sooo my first personal post hihi. Since my summer holiday started ive been excercising almost every day for an hour and a half. Cardio and strenght. I love it. Makes me feel good allthough im very dissapointed im not loosing any weight. It has always been a problem for me but now i really expected more result. Ive been watching my food and i eat healthy.
My bf and i started about 4 months ago with eating better and healthier and he lost 13 kilo and i 4 kilo.. pretty good but i want to loose another 15.. wish me luck :).. any tips are appreciated
